We take our position as your company representative in the field very seriously and are always trying to build landowner relations. We believe in providing good faith to our clients and their Landowners. We provide updated status' and clean and concise maps to clients as well.

Right of way acquisition

We are very familiar with easement/ right-of-way acquisition. Whether it's a large pipeline job or just simply linking a few wells together you can be sure that we will take extreme care. It is our job to show the Landowners how your project will go and provide them with up to date information. We want the Landowner to be comfortable with any project that may affect their land. We also want the client to know that we will use all at our disposal to effectively complete their project in a timely and professional manner.

Abstract Services

We have abstractors who love their job! We provide the necessary title and curative work to our clients that they need. Our reports are concise and provided in a timely manner. Our people are computer proficient in Word, Excel and other various programs.
